Keith has served as special counsel to the City of Carlsbad since 2002 to assist the city and the Carlsbad Municipal Water District in negotiating land use and water purchase agreements, respectively, for the Carlsbad Seawater Desalination Project.

TSG Water Resources
TSG Water Resources designs, builds and operates desalination and wastewater treatment systems. TSG can supply treatment systems it has designed and built, but it can also provide the same level of service, including repairs, upgrades and expansions, for systems of any manufacturer. TSG has been providing resorts and developments in the Caribbean and Latin America with high quality, reliable desalination and wastewater treatment equipment and services for more than 20 years.
